Murder Mystery Success

The Rochdale Infirmary Players did us proud in their performance of "Death by Chocolate" on 3 July 2009 at The Broadfield Park Hotel, Rochdale. Ticket sales and a raffle enabled us to raise £434 in total on the night for The Joan Evans Memorial Fund.

The Rochdale Infirmary Players

The format of the evening was to be greeted by characters from the storyline and then between courses of a lovely three course meal, they performed at the top table. By the end of the evening we should have picked up enough clues to hazard a guess at the killer, but no-one on our table picked the right one! Other tables must have been concentrating a little harder as there was a first prize and runner up.

Murder mysteries are a good fun way to raise some money and if anyone would like to contact Ann Rhodes to recruit the Rochdale Infirmary Players, contact tel 01706 517093.
